The living room and master bedroom also feature portable AC units, ensuring comfort during warmer months.

The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk or bike ride away from the Old Mill District, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and the Les Schwab Amphitheater. River trails are nearby, perfect for a scenic stroll or a day of exploration. A quick 2-minute drive gets you to the entrance of Highway 97, taking you north to Smith Rock or south to Sunriver. If you’re heading to Mt. Bachelor for a day of skiing or snowboarding, Reed Market provides quick access to S Century Dr, or you can drive a mile and a half to catch the shuttle. For those who enjoy tasting the local flavors, a short bike ride will take you to several brewpubs and wine rooms, perfect for an afternoon of tastings. A propane grill is available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking, and curb parking makes it easy to come and go.

The home’s chic and modern interior is a welcome contrast to the rugged outdoors, where memories with loved ones are made within open spaces outfitted with contemporary furnishings and sophisticated décor. Sink into plush leather sofa seating in the living room while you stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV, the fireplace creating the perfect ambiance for a cozy movie night. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and rich dark cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a full size bed and full size trundle.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, private patio, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.

3. Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
