It's fun to cook outside there's less kitchen clean up, and it's not nearly as difficult to enlist the help of others. The best part though is that grilling delivers a truly satisfying taste and lends a smoky depth and richness to foods.
Since turkey is naturally mild, and blends well with a number of herbs, spices and other flavorings, it is particularly wellsuited for grilling. Add turkey tenderloins to your grilling repertoire, and you'll be delighted with how little effort it takes to prepare such flavor-filled meals. Although you may not think about it while you are enjoying such incredible flavor, turkey is also good for you. Turkey tenderloins are low in fat, especially saturated fat, calories and cholesterol. That's good news for people who hunger for the traditional taste of grilled foods, but want to eat healthier foods as well.

There's a new salad in town. It's called a chopped salad.
"A chopped salad is like the filling for a subway sandwich only cut into bite-sized pieces and served on a plate," says Ted Furst, vice president of food and beverage for Cucina! a chain of Italian restaurants in the Pacific. Northwest Furst discovered chopped salad in a southern California restaurant and was drawn to its uniqueness. Cucina! Cucina! "borrowed" the idea. The following recipe for cherry chopped salad combines cabbage, chicken or turkey, salami, garbanzo beans and provolone cheese with fresh sweet cherries. It's important to add the cherries at the last minute to minimize discoloration of the salad by the cherry juice.
