Very friendly and helpful staff. Me and my friend were able to rent some basic road bikes to explore Alicante and the neighbourhood. You should not expect some professional road bikes there but the ones that they have are reasonably priced.
I rented a good bike from Viktor for the whole day. No problems and smooth process
